Psychotherapy
I help people who feel unsure of themselves or their futures with developing self-esteem and a sense of purpose. Internal conflict with relationships, career, faith, sexuality and culture through different stages of life is a very human experience. I want to help you with developing tools to overcome any self-doubt, anxiety or depression, so you can go from just surviving to thriving in your life.
Issues I Help With
Anxiety & Stress Persistent worry, overthinking, tension, or feeling overwhelmed
Depression & Emotional Fatigue Sadness, numbness, low motivation, or feeling stuck
Life Transitions & Identity Career changes, relationship shifts, loss, or questions of purpose
Faith & Meaning Exploring how your beliefs intersect with emotional health and daily life
Personal Growth Building confidence, boundaries, and self-understanding
What To Expect
In the first few sessions, we focus on getting grounded. That looks like learning about you and what’s bringing you to therapy. There’s no pressure to share everything at once, we move at a pace that feels right for you. As we continue, I draw from evidence-based approaches like Crisis Intervention, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help you:
Challenge and change negative thoughts for the better about yourself, your relationships, as well as your future.
Identify underlying stressors and help you activate healthy coping skills.
Tap into your strengths and resources, so you can reach your goals.
Consider our sessions a collaborative safe space where you can grow, question, hope and express freely. When desired, faith and personal values can be thoughtfully incorporated in a way that feels natural—not forced. I will empower you and hold you accountable for the work you agree to put in, because I am sincerely invested in you experiencing positive change.
All sessions and communications are HIPAA-compliant.
